The LSB Clubhouse recently underwent Structural Upgrades that has fortified the structural integrity of the building and is now OPEN for use. We have job cost information here as well as how it was funded. We are really excited to have made this building safer and a more inviting place to hold community events and otherwise,  for many years to come. 

The total cost of the project was $889,190.99

Funding for this project are as follows:

Measure P = $181,008.18

State Grants = $381,077

G/L Balance (District Funds) = $327,105.81

*Note:  The La Selva Beach Recreation District still have $100,000 left in the Measure P Fund that will be coming in over the next 2.5 years.
