If you are interested in renting the Clubhouse for your Private Event please review this page.  Our Rental Contract, review the LAFCO Recreation District Map (if you think you live within the boundaries and want the discount), and then submit a post through the "Reserve the Clubhouse" link or email us directly at manager@lsbrd.org.

Our clubhouse accommodates up to 150 guests for dining and 200 for a more casual gathering.  We are delighted to host a variety of events including baby showers, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, fundraisers, and celebrations of life. All fundraisers need to be approved by the Recreation District Board at our monthly Board Meetings. 

We currently rent the clubhouse on Weekends and Fridays. We accommodate low-risk events like weddings, celebrations of life, baby showers, and some birthday parties.

The Rec. Dist. accepts Cash or check ONLY for payments. Separate checks for the Deposit and RENT please.  Special Event Libaility Insurance is required: Insurance is purchased through our third party insurer and that payment is processed via credit card.  This coverage also includes alcohol consumption. 

Included in the Rental: Tables (19 of the rectangular 2.5' x 8') and Chairs (standard folding metal) enough for our fire-code (150 people).  We have a spacious kitchen with a 6 burner range, a bar room, a conference room, a large main hall, and restrooms. 

The attached courtyard is usable by renters but renters and their events do not have 'executive use' of the courtyard. The courtyard will remain a public space during your event. You can absolutely set up in the courtyard for your event. Please refer to the Rental Contract for caveats to set-up/ decorations.
